1、负责运送工人的日常工作安排和服务质量的监控管理工作；

2、定期走访客户，听取客户对运送工作的意见；

3、负责对下属工作的指导、培训、考核和激励；

4、领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、高中以上学历，42周岁以下；

2、一年以上服务行业现场管理工作经验；有大型物业或酒店团队管理工作经验者优先；

3、具有较强的沟通协调能力、有团队协作精神；

4、态度诚恳、有较强责任心，勤奋刻苦，有较好抗压能力；

5、愿意接受医院工作环境。
