岗位职责：
1.主要日常工作为带领销售团队完成公司现有标准及承揽客户定制化需求的外包服务项目的业务拓展；
2.负责现有客户的关系维护及后续业务拓展及开发新客户；
3.负责拓展新项目及跟踪现有项目的进度，包括商务谈判，合同签署，合同执行及项目验收；
4.收集竞争对手情报及客户需求，市场情报，为管理层做决策提供依据。

岗位要求：
1.大学以上正规学历，理工科优先；
2.具有至少3年以上在服务行业的相关市场及销售方面的工作经验，外资工作背景者优先考虑；
3.具备较强的文字写作能力及严密的逻辑思维能力，能够独立起草商务合同；
4.具有很强沟通技能，包括写PPT，讲解及推销具体产品，能很快与客户建立友好关系的能力，并能与公司相关部门协调的能力；
5.具有敏锐的商业判断力及精明的谈判技巧；
6.有同行业销售工作经验者优先录用。
