Job Description of Consultant
5年以上供应链相关经验，熟悉业务流程分析，熟悉质量管理等，熟悉制造行业。日语流利。
开始三个月需要去日本出差，之后长期在上海。

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with the customer effectively to improve and accelerate problem solving.
2. Analysis of sourcing process and issues
3. Collection of evidence, documents to assess the impact of the issues
4. Detail out the sourcing processes based on the direction on broad level To-Be Process
5. Familiar with FMEA and APQP
6. Understand the TCO model and VA/VE concept
7. Ideally familiar with the manufacturing process such as forging, machining

Required Skills:
1. Fluent in Japanese both speaking & writing
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skill
3. Strong communication skill
4. Strong sense of urgency
5. traveling is required

Knowledge and Experience: 5+ year experience

1. Business Process Analysis
2. Experience of supplier development will be an added advantage
