Purpose of the Job:
-A newly created role mainly to work together with BUs in planning,managing and monitoring the upcoming development projects;
-Collect and conslidate key information,conduct independend and critical analysisi,to facilitate well-informed decision making on Project Executive Commitee Level or above;
-Directly reporting to General Manager of Corporate Development Team;

Job Responsililities:
-Shall be responsible for project implementation and their delivery within defined schedule,cost and quality standards of the assigned development;
-Liaise and collaborate with development end-users, government authorities, external consultants and contractors,internal services development etc;
-Manage,plan and monitor the execution of projects from jinception (e.g. site sarch, feasibility study) to handover;
-Provide assistance in the development of the Best Practice Deveplopment Manual and the relevant group policies and procedures;
-Control project progress, quality and budget;
-Manage procurement and contractual issues;
-Manage the design consultants and contractors;

Job Requirement:
-Degree holder in Real Estate and Construction or related disciplines;
-Professional membership of a recognized institution in the Project Management/Architectural/Engineering/Surveying/Building/Construction industry;
-At least 2 years of post qualification experience;
-Experience in working on corporate level in preferred;
-Expected to be knowledgeable with authoritie's approval procedures in China and are to work with consultants to secure anll necessary planning and technical clearances;
-Able to critically scrutinize contract documents and drawings, with an eye for details;
-Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English;
-Integrity and Commitment to work is the key.
