职位描述
职位综述：
在主管的指导下，完成临床研究方案和研究报告等的撰写工作，协助公司内控检查。
主要职责：
1. 根据主管要求，查询相关医学信息和参考文献，提供相关信息。
2. 与申办方和研究者沟通，修改或撰写临床试验方案、病例报告表、知情同意书等。
3. 负责临床研究总结报告的撰写。
4. 熟悉公司临床研究管理流程，撰写公司标准操作规程（SOP）。
5. 确保公司各项临床试验严格按照公司SOP和研究方案进行，并协助内控检查。
6. 完成其他上级主管安排的工作。
任职主要要求：
1. 医学相关专业硕士学历；
2. 英语读写流利，通过CET-6，能够熟练阅读和翻译医学英文文献；
3. 能熟练使用微软Office系统；
4. 具良好的团队合作精神。
Position objective:
The Medical Writer is responsible for preparing and revising clinical trial protocol (CTP) and Clinical Study Report (CSR). The Medical Writer is also responsible for assisting to Quality Control (QC) work.
Major responsibilities:
1. Search the required information from related papers and other documents.
2. Collaboration with sponsors and researchers, writing, summarizing, editing, and reviewing CTP, CRF, ICF and other files.
3. Preparation, review and finalization of CSRs or related documents.
4. Familiar to the process of clinical trial management, write, edit and review the SOPs.
5. Ensure that appropriate quality control (QC) checks are performed on CSRs, assist the internal inspection.
6. Perform other related work as required.
Competency/Quality Requirement:
1. Medical School Graduate, Master degree, major in clinical medicine or related.
2. Fluent written English capabilities, preferably CET 6 level, excellent in reading and translating English papers.
3. Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Office.
4. Customer focus and teamwork.
