Operation Manager
Location: Shanghai, China
Introduction:
- Leading company offers a comprehensive array of diagnostic products, Its products are sold globally through direct sales forces and through distribution agreements. The headquarter is located in Shanghai, they are seeking talented specialists to join their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Production
1. Meeting production, delivery and Quality targets set out in the Annual Operations Plan
2. General housekeeping and discipline of production floor
3. Proper use and maintenance the production machinery
4. Maintaining a group of trained work force in critical products processes as called out in the controlled specification
5. Proper recording of all products quality parameter as called out in the controlled specification
6. Conformance of products process routines as called out in controlled specification and/or other form of documented procedures
7. Disposal of nonconforming product through the proper channel as spell out in controlled specification
8. Execute corrective, preventive actions and process routines to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities
9. Avoid losses incurred in and inefficiency affecting the next operation as result of releasing nonconforming product to the next operation
Engineering & project
1. Meet products project deadline set out in individual project
2. Prepare and finish products project validation procotol. .
3. Provide solutions to manufacturing on products process improvement
4. Proper and on time preparation of products specifications, including drawings, self inspection documents, packaging styles and other relevant reports
5. Provide training to production& other related departments before or modified process is handed over to production
6. Cooperating with production team reviewing the effectiveness of corrective actions and process routines. Initiate action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system
7. Plan and proper and on time maintenance of production machinery
8. Maintenance the plant utility system, including building ,electric ,water ,compressor ,chiller, crane ,scale, and warehouse shelf, computer server, etc
9. Avoid losses of products production capacity as a result of nonconformities relating to process, machinery
breakdown due to lack of normal preventive maintenance and trained worker
Supply chain
1. Perform production planning according to production forecast to meet the demands of the marketing.
2. Set up material flow system to meet monthly production plan.
3. Effective control of material and finished goods inventory to meet cost reduction target.
4. Close work with sales force to obtain production forecast information for effective material planning.
5. Proper warehouse management in safety stock, and on time delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
6. Establish purchasing system to ensure effective support to operation.
7. Train subordinates to make sure they have the right knowledge and skills for assignments
8. Be responsible for safety operation of warehouse .
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor or above background,products molding major is required
2. 8 years work experiences in manufacturing company, familiar with ISO 9000 manufacturing environment
3. At least 4 years management experience in foreign company
4. Fluent both in oral and written english
5. Well communicational skill
6. Team builder
