Marketing Analyst

The Role;

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Analysis, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing information and insights regarding customers, markets, competitors and campaign effectiveness, to measure performance and support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and managing various research/ analysis projects, and be able to work closely with senior management, central and regional divisions to interpret findings and results.

You will:

· Build and update a series of marketing reports/ dashboards that visualizes key performance indicators

· Provide ROI analysis of specific marketing campaigns and sales activities

· Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships between marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase profitability

· Design research projects that answer specific business questions

· Conduct market research to analyze competitors; determine brand perceptions; evaluate market penetration; understand customer needs

· Develop focus groups and surveys to capture market research data

· Monitor and track competitive advertisements, PR and website messaging

You have/are:

· University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing

· Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and business processes

· Strong reporting skills

· Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Solid business acumen, management, analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong computer skills, including business intelligence, analysis and reporting software (MS office, SQL Server, SPSS, QlikView and etc.)

· Effective time management, organizational, self-motivated and have strong sense of responsibility
