Job Responsibilities:

1.Facility Administration
Maintain the facility surrounding and within the buildings such as structures, furniture, air- conditions, heaters, power distribution and automatic door.
2. Environmental Hygiene Management
2.1Manage the house cleaning team, keeping a normal working environment.
2.2Manage the waste material disposal within ZFDH.
3 .Security Management
Manage the team of security guards , keeping a normal working environment.
4.Environment, Occupational health and Safety Management
4.1 Support to develop environment management system, such as: guide dangerous waste material management, wastewater treatment .etc.,
4.2 Develop occupational health and safety management system, such as: improve the safety competence and awareness of the employees, set up the incident management system to control the process of incident investigate, analysis, report, and corrective action following and close.


Qualification:
1. College or above
2. Safety / environment background, mechanical or electrica
3. Excellent in English
4. 5+ years working experience
