职位描述
Main Tasks / Key Accountabilities
Project planning and implementation
§ Follow up all relevant projects carried out in the past.
§ Follow up updates of QGC, translate certain parts if needed and train all related people for better understanding.
§ Visit factories to check all working stages, aiming to help factories to improve their quality and productivity in general.
§ Visit reports to QA&QC managers and GM for the feedbacks, take actions accordingly.
§ Plan, organize and hold special seminars like “Factory QC Workshop” and “How to Measure”.
§ On-site training and s.Oliver knowledge transferring to all suppliers.
§ Coordinate English classes of QCs to improve their communication ability and knowledge sharing.
QC Manager Assistant
§ Assist QA&QC Managers in coordinating daily work and enhance communication with all vendors.
§ Translate English/Chinese as well as Chinese/English anytime requested by QA&QC managers.
§ Arrange QC’s inspection schedule, and coordinate all QC’s activities.
§ Handle with paper work of final inspection report and make QC files in order for archive.
§ Follow up Claim notifications and Debit notes issued by HQ.
§ Input data to Ax system for analysis and generate lists of production and claims.
§ Organising ability

§ Knowledge in garments
Education
§ Diploma in Clothing Technology or similar degree
Working Experience
§ > 3years
Language Skills
§ Good English
§ Fluent Chinese
§ Basic German
