1、建立和管理客户资料和信息数据库，并不断完善系统数据信息；
2、负责接听客户来电，回答客户咨询等，并做好客户信息记录，及时传达给销售团队。
3、负责收集、整理、归纳竞争对手的动态信息，为销售团队提供参考信息。
4、负责团队各部门数据的统计，整理，分析各类销售数据、制作相应报表；
5、完成本部门主管或上级交代的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
1、具有较强的数据分析能力，善于制作各类报表；

2、能熟练运用办公自动化软件（Excel、word等），精通Excel，特别是函数运用；
3、吃苦耐劳，能承受较大的工作压力；
4、普通话标准、语音清晰；应变能力强；
