1. 对团险销售、业务经营各项KPI指标进行统计并定期提交统计报告；
2. 提供团险费用预算管理服务，相关费用报销工作，对各种销售费用进行分析；
3. 对销售人员的业务提奖进行统计和工资核算，帮助销售部门开展业务；
4. 制作业务竞赛、活动管理的各种展板，协助销售人员准备展业材料；
5. 根据团险销售部的业务需要，策划、组织各种团险会议；
6. 负责销售部门各种售前需求的追踪，保证销售部门和公司其他部门沟通顺畅；
7. 负责salesforce系统的管理和维护工作，对于销售部经理要求的相关数据进行统计、分析工作，同时对于销售人员进行及时录入客户信息进行有效提示及检查工作；
8. 帮助销售人员做好业务售前相关工作，包括计划书的制作、辅助业务询价，支票传递、现金转存、售前单证管理、保全传递及续保业务提示等售前相关工作；
9.负责团险销售人员的各项售后服务工作，包括保险单证的转交，理赔单证的转交、加减保单证的转交、客户理赔上门服务等工作；
10.员工考勤管理工作，团险相关资料、办公用品、纪念品的保管工作。

1.本科以上学历；
2.五年以上团险销售支持工作经历，具备良好的团队合作精神；
3.了解团险市场，熟悉金融保险法规；熟练使用各种常用电脑办公软件，具备较强的汉语言文学功底；
4. 熟悉各种办公工具，具备英语交流能力者优先；
5. 明确业务发展方向，注重细节，有良好的跟踪管理能力；
6. 能够有效的沟通，有优秀的组织、执行力 ，能够配合领导工作；
7. 能有效地管理绩效，计划并安排时间及优先顺序；
8. 能够产出结果；
9. 能够与团队成员协同工作，具有良好的组织、协调能力。
