Responsibilities：

1. Ensure production capability of production lines and machines 确保生产线及设备的正常运行
2. Organization of personal resources and management, material, machines, means of production
组织和管理人力、物料、机械及生产资料
3. Carry out Material dispositions 进行物料配置
4. Guaranteeing quality and volume requirements 保障生产的质量和数量要求
5. Process optimization to achieve faster cycle and lead times and more efficient and effective processes
过程优化以实现缩短生产周期及交货周期，同时使工艺流程更加有效和高效
6. Implementation and compliance of quality standards (ISO 9001, 9001, TS 16949) 贯彻和执行ISO 9001, 9001, TS 16949质量标准
7. Arrange maintenance work 安排维护保养工作
8. Leading production staff, including training, education, promotion 管理生产人员，包括培训、教育和晋升等
9. Control production quality, organize quality checks, 管控生产质量，组织质量检查
10. Analyze errors, deficits, causes, implement countermeasures 分析不良原因并采取对策措施
11. Draft technical process and operating instruction and other documents 编写工艺流程及操作说明等文件
12. Close communication to management. 与管理层保持密切的沟通
13. Other production related affairs 生产相关的其他事物

Requirements 要求：

1. Several years professional experience in series production, automotive advantageous 多年汽车行业生产相关工作经验
2. 3 more years' management experience 3年以上管理经验
3. Technical educational background,Vehicle Engineering, Machinery or related. 有工科教育背景，车辆工程及机械类相关专业
4. Willingness to actively participate in production area, also shift 愿意在生产车间工作，并能适应倒班
5. Good PC and IT knowledge 良好的电脑和网络应用知识
6. Dedication,with good team spirit 敬业，有良好的团队合作精神
7. Ability to work under pressure. 有良好的抗压能力
8. Advanced English Knowledge, German advantageous 英语熟练，会德语优先
