? Position Title: Sr. Software Engineer / Team Lead (Window C++)
? Position Type: Consultants
? Location: Hangzhou, travel may be required
? Report To: Program Manager at Hangzhou office, China
? Responsibilities:
1. Candidate will be a member of profession service delivery team serving our financial industry clients primarily in United States.
2. Travel may be required.
3. As a member of service delivery team, you are responsible for working with project team and client to comprehend business requirement, participate in design, implementation, unit test and regression test of client’s application, data service engines and business intelligent reports.
4. Perform day-to-day work on coding, testing, debugging, documenting and implementing complex software applications as IT solution.
5. Interface with Project Manager to work with on/offshore team and deliver project milestones on time, on schedule, within budget and with high quality.
Required Experience:
? Hands-on working experience in financial service, especially in real time, high performance, low latency, time-series database and application, market data distributed system.
? Experience in all phases of software development including analyses and generation of system and component requirements, schedules, design, implementation, integration, unit and acceptance testing of new and enhanced applications and features.
? Experience in working with a team of highly skilled software developers in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.
? Experience with real-time application engineering, debugging, performance analysis and tuning.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, can communicate effectively with engineers, operators and non-technical staff.
? Strong problem-solving skills.
? Independent, highly self-motivated individual, able to set and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
