KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Work with sales force, visit hospital and provide the training on how to use OptiPen to hospital nurses and doctors. If applicable, help hospital nurses to give patient education on the OptiPen.

Work with sales force, establish a network with hospital doctors and nurses

Provide face-to-face education on how to use OptiPen to patients

To provide the trouble-shooting service for the Optipen to patients, diabetes nurse, doctors, etc.

Be responsible for checking the OptiPen and PTC report to ASO

Work with sales force to establish efficiently after-service forms reclaim system in hospital.

Provide fully support to Patient Education Manager in the patient education activities.



JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:



Education:

· At least 3 years education in Medical Health School



Experience & knowledge:

· At least 1 year experience as:

· a diabetes nurse in Endocrinology Department in hospital, or

a Diabetes Educator in pharmaceutical company

Core competencies:

· Team work spirit

· Good communication skills

· Proactive and independent attitude

· Good interpersonal skills

· Enough patience to diabetes patients
