职位描述
Job description:
1. Track and maintain updated overall labor and environmental information of factory, such as working hours, compensation, safety & health and etc.
2.Work closely with factory different departments on the oversight of working conditions, ensure compliance with local labor regulations and international labor standards and follow-up accordingly.
3. Coordinate social compliance audits of factory customers, prepare related documents and follow up the non-compliance issues.
4. Assist with new workers orientation and other jobs assigned by department head/head office.
Job requirement:
1.Bachelor degree;
2.Fluent in written English, good spoken English is preferred;
3.Good communication skill, be pro-active, attention to details, good flexibility;
4.Have knowledge of labor, environment, health and safety regulations and international labor standards is preferred;
