岗位职责：
1.负责行政工作的监督与管理，保障公司行政与后勤类基础工作有序进行；
2.负责公司战略发展规划、分解、监督与执行，有效的进行目标管理，有计划的推进公司战略规划，达成目标；
3.负责公司信息化管理，监督、维护OA系统和ERP平台的有效性。
4.统筹公司企业文化建设，进行企业文化建设规范，并予以落实。提升公司的企业文化水平。
5.总经理交代的其他事宜。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，行政管理类、企业管理类或文秘类相关专业优先；
2.5年以上相关工作经验，其中有5年以上管理工作经验
3.熟悉现代化企业的系统化运作和管理，熟悉企业行政管理知识；
4.具有较强的亲和力，优秀的人际沟通、协调、组织、管理能力；
5.性格开朗，待人热情；为人正直，具有优秀的分析、解决问题能力，及良好的公关能力。
