职位描述
Coordination of the QA Shop Floor team to ensure continuous support and oversight of the follow-ing operations: Bulk manufacturing, Fill/Finish, Inspection, Packaging, QC, Warehouses, Utilities and Xishan Animal House
Provide direct oversight of operations on the shop floor.
Work with the Shop Floor team and relevant customers to facilitate trouble shooting and adapting best practice
Management and investigation of complaints.
Coordinate training of new and existing staff to ensure all staff are competent and that the cross-training is undertaken
Perform self inspections
Enhance the quality mindset within team and workshops by promoting a “speak up” culture, engaging with shop floor operators and providing regular feedback
Support investigations
Tracking and trending of QA Shop Floor KPIs
Track attendance and timekeeping
Deputize for the MQA Manager where applicable and appropriate e.g. selected meetings
