职位要求：
1. 42岁以下，全日制大专以上学历，良好的英文读写能力
2. 五年以上物业管理、设施管理软服务前期初始化工作经验，擅长保洁、保安、行政服务的管理；
3. 二年以上大型综合项目管理经验；
4. 熟练运用办公软件，具有优秀的报告撰写能力和沟通协调能力；
5. 接受高频率的出差；
