What are my responsibilities?
1, Operator
2, Reception and visitor card records
3, Meeting room management
4, Postage distribution
5, Office daily samll maintenance
6, Support office daily operation management, such as regular payment and internal billing.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Professional Knowledge
- Basic knowledge about real estate and administration operation;
- Good in team work;
- Communication skills;
- Excellent in customer service sense;
- English (written & spoken)
- Good computer skill (excel, word, ppt, etc.)
Experience
- 1-3 yrs of related working experience in office administration and operation
- Working experience in a foreign company is preferred
- Working experience in real estate field in preferred
