Mainly Job responsiblities:

To make the product planning, development and evaluation; select the positioning and product mix prepare brand communication and product training materials.
Develop assigned category marketing strategy and execution plan.
Leading the new product development and fine tune the existing innovation process in the company.
Develop the differentiated brand or product proposition by different end user segment.
Value based pricing strategy to balance top line and bottom line target.
Get alignment with relevant parties and responsible for product training and collaterals development.

Key Qaulifications
I) Education, qualifications and training ：Bachelor Degree
Proficiency on computer skills of MS-Office .
At least FIVE years brand and product management experience
deep understanding & skills of market segmentation, product/brand proposition & pricing strategy development.
Strong evidence to prove successful new product development experience is a must
Good ability to compiling the market intelligence, .

对公司各品牌的产品进行规划，开发，市场表现评估；建立合理的产品定位和组合，提出合理的产品上市和退市报告；品牌及产品培训/宣传资料的准备。
制定所负责品类的市场营销策略和计划。
负责所负责品类的新产品计划，并对公司现有的新品上市流程进行修订。
根据不同用户类型制定品牌或产品的差异化定位
制定以价值为导向的定价策略，以平衡公司销售业绩和利润的目标。
负责与相关部门的沟通并取得一致，并负责产品知识方面的培训，以及相关的宣传资料的开发。

任职要求：
本科以上教育背景。
能熟练应用电脑办公软件
至少五年以上品牌和产品的管理经验，
对市场细分、产品、品牌的价值定位，定价策略等有深刻的理解和技能。
有成功的新品开发经验
出色的市场分析和计划制定的能力。
