职位描述
1.Be liaison between headquarter branding function and regional marketing team on all of related PR activities
2.Develop the regional communications strategy, optimize the process, support the execution for PR communications in Regions
3.Strategically planning for communications to support national/regional communications needs
4.Support execution of regional PR initiatives and activities with high quality, including regional auto shows, Regional head profiling, regional test drive and etc
5.Support enlarging the regional media pool and enhance relationship with local media and KOLs through day-to-day media service
6.Support handling regional -level PR crisis/issues, including developing statement, Q&A and timely communicate with regional media/involved dealers for relative issue
7.Provide PR consultancy service to regional marketing team, and support each region supervising dealers’ PR initiatives to ensure the quality, including giving guidelines in PR materials development, local media communication, and dealer-level crisis/issue handling Task designation
8.Manage routine issues of relationship with agencies
9.Initiate and facilitate the cross-functionally efforts with access to many different departments within the company, including regional sales & marketing team, regional dealers and etc
10.Work with relevant department for the media crisis handling and different projects
11.Media monitoring agency daily communication and supervision
1.5+ years communications background
2.Excellent spoken and written English
3.Strong interpersonal communications skills with different groups and stakeholders
4.Confident, ready for working under great time pressure
5.Strong agency management skills
6.Open-minded with team spirit, committed to work
7.University degree or above, communications degree preferred
