Job Description
(1) Manage engineering activities between Broadcom and foundries, including process improvement, product yield enhancement, manufacturing issue solving, and production line monitoring
(2) Support foundry-related technical requirements/requests from internal groups
(3) Report manufacturing status to internal groups with real-time update.
(4) Communicate foundry needs to internal groups for engineering supports

Job Requirements
(1) PhD in Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of related experience, or MS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of related experience, or BS degree in EE with 12+ years of related experience.
(2) Intensive in 12-inch advanced CMOS process integration or product engineering
(3) Capable of handling emergency cases and working beyond regular working hours if needed
(4) Capable of project traveling
(5) Fluent in English
