Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the quarterly marketing execuation plan and be in charge of all the implementations
Insightful Planning and Reporting
* Merchandising Plan (including wholesaler part)
* Promotion Plan per store base
* Consumer Acitivities Plan
the Implementations including
* Merchandising: translate plan into execution (shelf display/special display/POSM...)
* Work with Sales to get it done as planning - store promotion/Consumer Activities/Customized programs
- Regular store check and reporting
- Budget and supply management

Key Requirements:
- At least 3-year experience in Sales or Trade Marketing in FMCG or Retail Industry
- Proactive, head-on and good interpersonal skill
- Drive performance and result-oriented
- Having ability to work under pressure
- Good word/excel/powerpoint skill as well as English&Manderin
- Having strategic thinking、Retail background (would be better)
