EF English Centers, Tian Jian (Tang Gu)

The Role:

Center Sales Manager is responsible for the Center Sales Performance and Team Management, Recruiting and Training, Center Sales Manager is report to Center General Manager.

You Will:

· Lead and manage the center course consulting team and ensure that every team member is both a highly driven salesperson and a positive representative of EF and our core values.

· Train, audit and mentor sales operations in the center and be the leader of best sales practices among the team.

· Drive results toward monthly sales targets, allocating sales appointments on a daily basis to team members, ensuring the quality and consistency of the sales process, from customer reception to sales meeting presentation (and materials) and onward.

· Participate in regional management meetings, discussions and contribution to strategic direction of the region. Constantly come up with ways in which the center systems can be improved, develop and implement proposals.

· Monitor adherence to EF operating policies and administer disciplinary system.

· Oversee payroll and bonus calculation and allocation as appropriate.

· Act as a leader and role model for the center.

· Create as many "EF student evangelists" as possible to spread the word on the EF System.

You have/are:

· Bachelor degree or above in business management or related.

· 5~7 years work experience and at least 1 year on sales management.

· Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record in team leadership and management.

· An extroverted personality with a desire to help students reach their goals in life.

· A sales background with previous experience in meeting sales targets.

· Self-motivated and comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a positive spirit.

· Basic finance management skills.

· The ability of coaching team members in problem solving and best practice sharing

· Good computer skills, including MS-Office.

· Perform independently with limited guidance in a dynamic environment

· Be flexible to working hours; able to work during weekends if required
