POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Ensure material on time delivery to meet the requirements and delight our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Release P/Os to vendors according to PR released by planner;
2.Follow up the PO and expedite the PO as required;
3.Maintain the item lead time and coordinate with suppliers to shorten lead time as possible;
4.Help resolve quality and delivery issues.
5.Arrange rejected parts to be returned to vendor when required.
6.Monthly Evaluate the related suppliers performance about order on time delivery and fulfillment rate to push them to continuous improvement, submit related reports to managers;
7.Check with Planners regarding shortages and work out a solution;
8.Coordinate follow up and chase finance to release and process payment to vendors.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering, preferably in mechanical or industrial manufacturing.
2.More than 2 years working experience in manufacturing or purchasing of mechanical and electronics component
3.Excellent communication skills, in Mandarin and English.
4.A good team player and able to work under pressure
5.Familiar with MFG/pro system or similar ERP system
6.Self initiative
