Progress Advisor 班主任 (EF英孚教育青少儿中心)

Synopsis:
As a Progress Advisor at EF English First Kids & Teens, you will join our service team to deliver high quality services to our students from 3-18 years old.
The role:
The Progress Advisor position is an essential and key position in EF schools. As the leader of student service team, work closely with sales and academic team to reach students' satisfaction of their study experience in EF.
You will:
l Hold students’ orientation session, update the study schedule online
l Communicate with school students on daily basis, answer students’ inquires and help students solve their problems.
l Deal with clients’ complaints and help to reach students’ satisfaction of their study experience.
l Handout questionnaires and work on the problem tracking system
l Achieve the revenue target given by Center Director (contract renew)
You have/are:
l Junior College graduate or above; education major is a plus
l 2 years working experience on customer service or related is a plus
l Good command English both in speaking and writing; good speaking in mandarin;
l Excellent presentation and communication skills
l High patience, strong responsibility for work
l Good team player for working under pressure
l Good computer skill at office software, and internet;
l Willing to work on weekend and have weekdays off.

-按课程管理程序定期有效地与家长沟通其孩子在EF学习的情况,并及时处理家长的投诉和跟进家长提出的意见
-维持高的客户满意度,并致力于提升客户满意度
-负责课程续费工作,完成续费指标
-负责各类报表的汇总及制作
核心要求
-大专及以上学历,有教育学背景者优先
-2年以上工作经验,亦欢迎有海外留学背景及优秀应届毕业生
-有相关客户类工作经验者优先
-英语流利,能够与外籍人士直接沟通
-乐于沟通,善于交流,性格开朗
-做5休2,周末上班,周中休息,能承受一定工作压力,可以接受轮班制
-对待工作有责任心,具有良好的协调组织能力
-具有团队合作精神
