The Regional Compliance Manager oversees the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures Regional Country management and employees are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, the corporate audit control framework, company policies, and that behavior in the organization meets the company's Standards of Conduct.
Reports to: Corporate Director of IT Risk Management.

Responsibility:

·To promote the company's internal control practices and ensure employee awareness of all corporate, legal and regulatory requirements affecting their day to day activities.
·To enable consistency in execution of Corporate Compliance initiatives.
·To be a focal point for addressing compliance issues with appropriate resources for investigation and resolution
·As a final internal resource with which concerned parties may communicate after other formal channels and resources have been exhausted.
(IT) Job Responsibilities:
Internal:
·SOX: Liaison with Corporate Internal Audit to facilitate compliance with comprehensive IT SOX program. Includes local program education of IT General Controls and administration, testing of process documents and gathering support evidence for locations in scope of this Job Description
·IT Risk Registry: Maintain a dynamic Risk Registry developed via IT questionnaires and interviews. Includes executive level reporting and mitigation analysis.
·Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery: Maintain and test DR and BC plans. Includes periodic reviews with dependent business units. DR recovery contract administration and facilitation of local Crisis Management Team (CMT).
·Impromptu projects assigned by IT Risk Management
·Ability to assist with non-IT Business compliance activities

Requirement:

-Bachelors Degree with a Strong preference and experience or minor in Information Systems
-5 - 7 Years related experience
-Previous management or supervisory experience
·Excellent working knowledge of FCPA, PCI standards, ISO/IEC audit standard, ITIL, SOX/APRA and Disaster Recovery practices.
-Demonstrated experience in SDLC/Project Managment Life Cycle
·Compliance and global corporate governance.
·Previous Audit or Risk Management experience
·Demonstrated managerial and corporate compliance experience.
·Leadership skills to provide authoritative guidance to functional business area representatives and operational leaders.
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management and across all business units.
·Clear and concise oral and written communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
·Demonstrated leadership ability to drive Corporate Compliance strategy, and prioritize and mobilize resources across the
Company.
·Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing effective compliance support and guidance to all
functions and individuals within the corporate structure.
·Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
·Wise use of discretion with the ability to gain trust of business leaders and others to discuss and respond to sensitive and
business critical issues.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

Language: Fluent in Japanese, Korean, Chinese and English

Special Skills Required: Demonstrated experience in IT Standards & IT General Controls and Administration.
