职位描述

Your responsibilities:
? Handling all customer interaction via telephone, email, fax and social media in a prompt and professional manner.
? Build relationships with the customers whilst dealing with the customer inquiry.
? Providing professional, accomplished communication to a wide range of customers from varying backgrounds.
? Represent a global brand while communicating on social media platforms.
? Deliver and meet all KPI’s set.

Your profile:
? Native speaker of Chinese and fluent in English. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
? Proven record of providing internal and external customer service orientation.
? Flexibility.
? Initiative and determination to see things through to completion.
? Proven level of customer service: Ideally within a contact centre environment.
? Awareness of the impact social media can have on a global brand.
? Excellent understanding of social media platforms.
? Knowledge of case and incident process (end to end).
? Experience of using CRM tools/software.
? Good PC Skills.

Working hours:
? Mon – Fri 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
