KA & Operation Manager

Key Performance Indicators:

-Sales target achievement;

-Sales expense control;

-Category development;

-KA business development.

Main Responsibilities:
-Build up sales system, sell-in process and develop distribution plan;
-Ensure execution of local and national business objectives;

-Responsible for sales risk control, regulate sales process and reduce the potential risk in sales operation process;

-Sales data analysis to support company strategy, such as sales volume analysis, sales expense analysis, etc;

-Providing timely and meaningful reports and statistical analysis to management for continuous improvement;

-Sales forecast, planning, report;

-Build and maintain strong business relationships with Kay Accounts, ensure that their expectations are met;
-Communicate with field sales team, report issues and advise action to sales team leaders;

-To actively participate with sales team in developing both existing and new business opportunities in the region;

-Category Analysis and make category strategy, make products merchandising standard in stores;

-Establish and develop the sales KPI system;

-Manage and audit sales incentive calculation;

Requirements:
-4+ years sales related experience, FMCG is must;

-With experience of managing KA like Wal-mart, Carrefour.

- Know well about sales & KPI system;
-Good at figures; sense of business;
-Strong communication skill;
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
