岗位职责：
1、 根据公司实际，制定并改善人事工作制度、流程，协助总经理一起制定公司人力资源战略、岗位设计和组织发展。
2、 负责公司所有层级人员的招聘和入职配置。
3、 每月薪资的核算及发放，并与薪资核准的相关方做好沟通衔接。
4、 更新并维护人事信息系统、人事档案、劳动合同等资料，完成政府有关部门要求的报表。
5、 与管理层一起制定、改善、实施绩效考核系统。
6、 建议并负责安排公司集体活动（旅游、体检等），传递公司信息政策给员工，改善沟通环境，落实员工手册中的纪律要求。
7、 根据公司规定负责处理培训事务（入职培训和在岗培训）
8、 总经理安排的其他事项。

任职要求：
1、 人力资源、行政管理等相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上制造业人事工作经验，主管岗位经验2年以上。
2、 熟悉中小企业人事工作模式和特点，能独立开展人事各项工作，对劳动法及地方性法律法规能有效理解和应用。
3、 英语可作为工作语言，熟练操作MS office
4、 正直勤奋，乐观开朗，具有较强的抗压能力和解决问题能力。
5、 可加分项目（非必备条件）：行政及后勤管理经验、财务知识，ISO9001及安全生产

      Veit Zhejiang Co., Ltd was established in 2002 in Shanghai, in 2011 the factory was relocated to Haiyan, it covers an area of approximately 1300m2. The premises consists of a factory and office building, a cantine that provides 1 freshly made meals per day, a dormitory building, exercise room, and a basketball court. We are professionally involved in product design, sheet metal manufacture, powder coating, machine manufacturing and assembly, and after-sales service. Our products are exported to countries in America, Europe and Asia, and our domestic customers are companies such as Youngor, Shanshan and Sunshine who are large garment manufacturers in China.
