职位描述
岗位职责：
1、统筹管理设备，工艺两个部门 ；
2、负责工艺体系的建立与实施；
3、优化工艺流程，提高产品质量 ；
4、负责新设备引进，安装 ；
5、统筹指挥设备改造项目。
任职资格：
1.机械自动化或高分子专业，专科以上学历，45岁以下；
2.8年以上塑料挤出设备实战管理经验，熟悉流延膜，塑胶膜等膜类设备，具较强较强的设备管理，改造与开发能力；
3.熟悉高分子改性领域产品工艺并有多年工艺管理实践经验；
4.较强的沟通协调能力；
5.有大型民企，台企，日企工作经历者优先。
