职位描述：
1、负责模拟电路IC的整体规划及电路设计；
2、完成电路的仿真分析及改进，优化电路设计，；
3、指导Layout工程师完成版图设计；
4、编写项目相关技术文档；
任职要求：
1、电子信息工程、微电子等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、具有本科3年及以上经验，研究生或博士1年及以上经验，有高压AC/DC模拟电路设计经验者优先；
3、熟悉模拟电路IC设计流程，掌握及熟练运用Cadence/Virtuoso/Hspice软件；
4、拥有高压电源管理芯片布线、测试经验，了解高压电源管理芯片应用板卡PCB设计；
5、熟练掌握各种AC/DC及DC/DC拓扑结构，DC/DC转换芯片的控制结构；
6、有以下电路开发经验：linear regulators ,swicthing regulators ,charge-pumps ,PLLs ,op-amps ,comparators ,battery chargers ,DC/DC power conversion ,AC/DC power supply ,ADC/DAC ,etc.；
7、具有良好的团队协作精神，善于沟通、协调项目工作，管理自我成长；
