TITLE: Field Service Engineer

DEPARTMENT: Healthcare, Asia Pacific - China

REPORTS TO: Service Manager, China

Summary

Be responsible for the Technical Service in the assigned area, including installation, repair visit, preventive maintenance, operation training, and provide support to dealer service teams. To improve and maintain service activities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

1. Carry out day to day routine instrument repair/maintenance.

负责产品日常的维修和维护。

2. Service activities as installation, repair, maintenance, customer operation training.

负责产品的售后服务，包括安装、维修、维护及客户操作培训。

3. Provide technical solutions to meet customer requirements.

提供技术解决方案，满足客户需求。

4. Assist and support dealer service team.

协助和支持维修代理商的工作。

5. Achieve service revenue target through service contracts and spare parts.

通过服务合同和备件的销售达成服务营收。

6. Provide service support on the STERIS surgical lamp/tables and IPT products.

为手术灯、手术床和供应室设备提供服务支持。

7. Manage inventory in the assigned area.

负责指定区域内的存货管理。

8. Support and cooperate with Sales and Regulatory Affair teams on technical requirements.

为销售和产品注册团队提供技术支持。

Education/License Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electromechanical, Medical Engineer, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.

本科学历，主修电子、医疗工程或暖通专业。

Experience Requirements

Steam tube repair related experience is preferred.

有蒸汽管道维修经验者为佳。

More than 2 years medical industry technical service experience.

两年以上医疗器械技术服务经验。

Specific Skills and/or Business Competencies

Familiar with AutoCAD .

熟悉AutoCAD制图。

Customer focused. A good team player.

有良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神。

Positive working attitude and can work under pressure.

积极的工作态度，能承受工作压力。

Willing to travel frequently.

适应经常出差。
