Main Accountabilities
1. Perform purchasing activities with the organization’s current and anticipated demand for all direct and indirect materials.
2. Interpret inventory requests, purchase requisitions, orders, and other documents.
3. Assess supplier’s products to ensure they that they comply with specifications and meet the organisation’s quality standards.
4. Analyze and evaluate current suppliers.
5. Negotiate prices of indirect material and delivery conditions.
6. Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery; and communicate status of orders with internal customers
7. Maintain up-to-date suppliers’ information; to track purchase and the status of orders and deliveries; and to generate purchasing reports and statistics.
8. Responsibilities in the Areas Work Safety and Environmental Protection
9. Fulfil other tasks assigned by supervisors.


Minimum Requirements
- Academy degree or above, in relevant subject
- at least 2 years of experience in purchasing in manufacture industry
- Good English both in written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and coordination skill.
- Ability to work in a team
