Responsibility:
Technical support for customers and internal colleagues
? Visit consultant with Sales team to promote features of our products
Make a presentation of the products to DI
? Conduct technical seminars
Perform the after-sales technical evaluation purpose and onsite technical issues
? Perform site survey for technical and commercial evaluation purposes
Answer customers and internal colleagues specific demands
? Answer customer specific (non standard) demands
Promote products to customers with sales man
? Follow-up latest changes in existing products and new product releases.
Update technical documents(catalogue /leaflet/ PPt/ instruction sheet and so on
? Update technical database and Costing and offer preparation
Benchmark with the help of corporate IT tools (portal)
? Benchmark with the help of Corporate IT tools (portal) and Product Managers market best practices
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree, majored in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics or related
? 5 years working experience in Switchgear technical support or service
? Working experience in distribution box design and drawing is preferred
? Working experience in internet data center is preferred
? Good communication skill both in Mandarin and English
? Hard working, team work spirit
? Can travel frequently
