Responsibilities：

• Make regular observation of the on-site production processes on the consistency of operations with SOPs as well as the proposals on the quality improvement opportunities.
• Lead and implement the localization projects and scale up of newly developed products in contract manufacturing sites.
• Lead and implement the MOC projects for quality improvement, process optimization or cost reduction purposes.
• Lead the RCFA for internal and external quality incidents and follow up the corrective & preventive actions.
• Constantly inspect the testing on incoming raw materials, intermediates and finished products. Monitor and report the quality performance of raw materials and products.
• Support contract manufacturing sites on the setting up and continuous improvement of their quality systems. Plan and execute 2nd party audits with team and also independently on SHE, inventory, process execution, testing, etc.
• Ensure safe operations of contract manufacturers as well as himself.
• Regular communication and report back to R&D, PM, CM, quality, business, SHE and other related team with contract manufacturer related topics.
• Frequent traveling between different contract manufacturing sites and Shanghai office/lab.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above on chemical engineering, polymer materials, organic chemistry, etc. Excellent MT and Process Engineering skills.
• More than 3 years working experience in resin, insulation varnish or coating related industries with good knowledge of technology and production process.
• In-depth knowledge and experience on quality system and usage of quality tools.
• Good communication skills of inter-functional, inter-company and inter-cultural both in Chinese and English.
• Be self-motivated, high ownership, good team work and also can work independently and remotely.
