Main Responsibilities

· 针对项目性质进行概念创意设计；

Provide schematic design based on the design brief.

· 根据客户提供的概念进行深化, 配合施工单位完成施工图纸设计。

Develop schematic design from client and provide working drawing with the contractors.

· 与供应商沟通时调整方案效果、以及负责控制供应商提供的材料质量。

Design modification during coronation with contractor. Quality control on material sample provided by the contractor.

· 依照当地政策规范调整方案效果。

Design modification according to local statuary requirement.

· 全程把控后期施工效果及工艺质量，以达到客户要求的标准；

Design and quality control on the finish works, ensure client's expectation is met.

· 跟踪店装修设计和施工材质方面的新技术，推荐和应用于店装设计；

Keep track on new construction technic and material in the market. Suggest and apply on the retail store design.

· 在效果和成本的平衡，以及效果和利润最大化的角度，对高级项目经理提出建议；

Provide idea to senior project manager, which can balance between the result and cost, also can maximize the profit.

· 在设计的实施过程中，管理设计组的其它成员，以及配合项目经理的工作。

Monitor other members of the design team during the design process, and cooperate with the project manager.

Experience/Education Required

· 大专及以上学历

Bachelor or college degree

· 8年以上相关行业的经验

Minimum 8 years post qualification experience in the relevant field

· 熟练使用ACAD, 精通施工工程图纸的制作

Good knowledge of ACAD, producing construction / working drawings

· 具有店装设计和现场配合管理经验

Design and on-site experience for store fitting out works

· 精通英语和普通话

Good written & spoken English/Mandarin

· 熟悉施工技术和各种材料的属性

Familiar with construction techniques & material employment

· 独立工作的能力强

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

· 能即时到岗

Immediate available is preferred
