Position Title: GTO-Manager Traffic Operation China (32116BR)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational accountability and performance for all administrative processes: packaging distribution, vehicle outbound, traffic management, parts distribution and customs operations

2. Fulfillments of operational KPI's

3. Carrier and supplier administration

4. Operational efficiency (including VPS/OD/Quality and people management)

5. Recommend and implement best practices within area of responsibility

6. Support process oriented and cross functional work

7. Other responsibilities as assigned or required

Critical competencies for the position:

As Manager of Traffic operation China you have extensive experience in Logistics administrative support processes and experience in Volvo Supply Chain processes (production and aftermarket) and tools as well and tools as well as a strong understanding of business challenges in China.

Managerial experience: He/she is able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and he/she is successful in people development and culture leadership.

You need to have documented experience in logistic traffic operation.

The individual is skilled in coaching and facilitation as well as having a good understanding of interpersonal relations and organizational development.

Demonstrating a high and solid level in each of the Volvo Group Leadership competencies for the leading people level, this individual will be an inspiring and inclusive leader as well as an active team worker.

Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required, other languages are beneficial.

Qualification:

1. Be Mechanical / automobile/ production with at least 12 - 15 years of relevant experience & with managerial experience of 5 years in the Logistics function.

2. Knowledge of Supply chain (Purchasing / Material Planning / Logistics (Domestic/International) / Warehouse Management) ERP system Import / Export policy procedure, Customs rules & regulations

3. Use of Computer & tools like MS office & Power Point Presentation.

4. Proficiency in the English language is must, other languages are beneficial.
