Primary

? Responsible for monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurately delivery.

? Responsible to handle leave management through work Flow.

? Work together with vender to handle the monthly social welfare, supplemental medical insurance to ensure the accuracy of employee benefit.

? In charge of duly sign up of employment contracts, internal movement/transfer procedure, and monthly attendance records.

? Keep orderly records on employment contracts, employees' P-file.

? Responsible to prepare the Labor Cost budget and Labor Cost tracking report to support the business plan.

? Maintain the HR database; Ensure data integrity in all HR related databases

? Lead in remuneration survey with good cooperation and coordination with 3rd party, in charge of job analysis and therefore lead to set up and maintain salary grade to make sure it is competitive externally and equitable internally.

Others

? Support Senior HR Manager on preparing C&B budget and forecast.

? Support Senior HR Manager on annual salary review, bonus payout schemes.

? Support to set up and update compensation and benefit policies, procedures and implement accurately.

? Support to launch the HR system if necessary.

? Assist and back up on other HR functions when required.

? Ad hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager.
