• Work closely with Retail Excellence team of Headquarter and adopt training directions and strategies for China
• Liaise with external consultants to deliver various world-wide training programs such as selling excellence, KPI and coaching
• Organize the training sessions, schedule and venue/transportation/meal, etc.
• Conduct analysis to determine training and development needs of office and retail teams in China
• Co-ordinate the different types of training including selling skills, product and visual merchandising with the various departments
• Design training plans, materials and systems to meet the business needs and set strategies to identify and develop key talents
• Formulate classroom and on-the-job training to staff to enhance service standard
• Responsible for induction training for office and retail team to ensure successful on-boarding of all new staff into the organization
• Work closely with different Area Managers on performance management and identify performance gaps through the analysis of Mystery Shopper Program
• Support Human Resources Manager in succession planning by providing insight into the development of competencies and skills of high potential individuals
• Plan and manage the training budget to achieve defined objectives
• Evaluate and review training programs by collecting and consolidating training results and feedback
• Recommend and implement revisions of training programs, continual evaluation and redesign of delivery methods to effectively meet the learning style of staff
