Location: Sunnyvale, CA. (UCWeb's US office), frequent traveling between base and China HQ would be required.

Responsibilities:
· Transform high-level requests into focused and specific analysis to support strategies to improve the customer experience
· Design and implement the market survey and perform analysis through obtaining data in the survey.
· Product comparing testing and analysis to improve the customer experience.
· Undertake primary analysis of customer interactions across all touch points
· Engage with the potential local partners in product cooperation.

Requirements:
· BA/BS in Statistics, psychology or Computer Science, Industrial Design and other related technical field (MS or Ph.D is a plus)
· Excellent analytical awareness and Strong technical sense
· Experience in the data analysis, market survey, customer experience tracking and related fields.
· Ability to convert analytical data into strategic insight and communicate that message effectively in PPT or Doc.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills. Good command of Chinese is a plus.
