职位描述

Job Description:
-All PLAs / SLAs met on a monthly basis with no / waiver breaches. Non waver breaches must be assessed and solutions in place to ensure no further breaches;
-Proactive measurement of staff performance and capacity management;
-Proactive process improvement and sustainable cost saves with project charters where results are certified by OPI and the BPs;
-Full accountability of Annual Operating Plan with key focus on cost control and savings;
-Deputy management of remaining RCS processes;
-Information feed to MI to ensure all monthly MIs are completed and accurate. Furthermore, analyze the information to propose strategic changes to RCS;
-Regular meetings with AMOs as well as L8 to ensure key messages are shared and strategies aligned;
-Close dialogues with front office team including short term shadowing / attachment to understand customer behavior as well as alignment with RMs;
-Ensure trainings are adhered to and also identified for self as well as team;
-Identify and progress career development plans for AMOs as well as top talent L8 staff;
-Cross functional leadership and teamwork with rest of RCS, CMB Credit Services, and other onshore / offshore stakeholders and partners;
-Manage RCAs and ORION, working closely with to-be formed Global RCS Operation Support structure.


Skills/Experience Required:
-University graduate, MBA preferred, with additional key industry recognized certifications such as Six Sigma Green / Blackbelt;
-5+ years in a banking industry with proven performance in operations and people management;
-Proven leadership capabilities;
-Proven operational effectiveness and efficiency accomplishments;
-Business management with understanding of end-to-end customer journey, products and RBWM business strategy / model;
-People management skills with proven accomplishment where ability to mobilize and drive is proven;
-Risk manager with ability identify and mitigate key operational risk to the operation and HSBC;
-Process manager with ability identify and implement key efficiency and productivity changes;
-English skill (written and speaking) is required as RCS deal with countries and global RCS that may require the language;
-Business Partner manage who is able to network with our key stakeholders and have credibility with them;
-Language proficiency: English skill (written and speaking) is required as RCS deal with countries and global RCS that may require the language. Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese) skill (written and speaking) preferred.
