? Coordinate and assure continue progress alignments, establish intermediate milestones and monitor adherence to execution plans
? Coordinate procurement activities, vendor and bid evaluations, conduct and leverage com-mercial negotiations, provide purchasing contract preparation, identifying tech. conditions, and establish specific operating sub-budgets and cost reduction plans
? Lead technical key tasks and document progress steps: acceptance tests, commissioning, qualification
? Assure highly aggressive budgetary objectives and timelines, achieved by means accurate execution schedules, identifying tasks, milestones, work loads, risks and deliverables
