Job Description

? Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director.
? Represent our Sales Department for Hongjin and Globalprimo outsourced sales customers; Attend client meetings, exhibitions both in China and overseas.
? This Manager will be responsible for the management and coordination of the sales function of our export sales enquiries
? Provide proactive solutions to delivering high value sales for Hongjin Trade and Globalprimo Outsourced customers.
? Follow and set further response templates to standard Alibaba and direct sales enquiries.
? Plan for improved enquiry to order conversions.
? Managing a growing team of Sales Executives and Assistants.
? Set strong, clear processes within the sales department to manage both the Sales team and the working flow between key departments (Account Management, Product and Marketing)
? Supervise the allocation of tasks and responsibilities for new inbound enquiries and proactive sales.
? In partnership with the Account Manager identify “big” customers and communicate to director level accordingly. Ensure a smooth transition for customers between Sales and Account Management.
? Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure that human resources are being fully utilised and to consider range planning opportunities.
? Strategic business planning together with the Sales and Marketing Director, Product and Marketing departments.

Requirements

? Confident, likeable leader. Should be able to lead by example and foster a positive and enjoyable atmosphere within the Sales Department.
? Should be a “doer” not just a talker.
? Must be strong enough to manage the relationships between the departments. Should be massively motivated by the “win” but should have a considered approach to opportunities and their fit for the business as a whole.
? Male or female, Age not as important as experience and willingness to be a part of a growing team in a growing Trading Company.
? Should be a native English speaker.
? Chinese and any other languages an advantage
? Knowledge of manufacture and/or trading
? Be able to work under pressure to tough deadlines
? Flexible with a “can do” attitude
? Enthusiastic with a passion for Global Trade .
