职位描述：
1、Establishes and implements material management procedure.
建立及落实物料管理流程
2、Control stock level to reduce the on hand inventory on the premise of meeting production need.
控制库存量及在满足生产要求的前提下降低库存
3、Ensure material inventory and distribution to meet production requirement.
确保材料的合理库存及分配以满足生产需求
4、Manage and monitor all activities related to direct material requirement planning
管理和监控与直接物料相关的物料需求计划活动
5、Prepares the material shortage report and tracks it.
提供缺料报告并跟踪所缺物料的实时状态.
6、Establish, ensure and maintain the skill and knowledge level of MP personnel.
建立,确保及维护相关职员的技能和知识水平
7、Establish, implement an on going basis training for all MP employees
建立,落实一个针对部门内所有职员的基本培训,
8、Other duties which assigned by department head.
完成部门经理交待的其它事项
任职资格：
1,Bachelor's degree or above.
2,Good at production scheduling and good at material planning and management;
3, Good understanding of SCM, product development, manufacturing process, quality management,contract management, and etc;
4,Good command of English;
5, Familiar with ERP system;
6,Good computer user, especially for Microsoft Excel
7,5 years planning/scheduling/logistics management role experience in a foreign manufacturing company; 2,Experienced at company planning, ordering process and material planning;
