1. Coordinate all logistics activities and documentation from production site to final customer.

Control and supervise the flow of orders and on time deliveries

Control inventory status and replenishment

Follow administrative issues within sale office or production plant concerning logisitics activities

Execute administrative activities related to purchase order process including:

- DATA ENTRY

- SALES ORDER ENTRY

- PURCHSSE PRICE CONTROL

- SUPPLY DATES

Preparation of invoices upon need

Creating customer’s account in CRM and IGL

(1) Be familiar with CRM and IGL system

(2) Follow up with the account creating procedures.

(3) CDA signature coordination.

2. Support customer on importing process

(1) Be familiar with the API importing procedures in China with one-time IDL and final IDL

(2) Send related docs needed to customer for applying one-time IDL

3 Coordinating with BU logistics

(1) Check material availability, package size, lead time

(2) Load PO to system with detailed remark of customer’s requirements

(3) Follow up the BU logistics to get the OC and send to customer

(4) Checking accuracy of shipping docs received from the BU, inform BU to revise according to the customer requirements.

4. Shipment following up

(1) Follow up the delivery according to the confirmed timeline

(2) Be in contact with customer for clarifications and needed support.

Required Experience and Skills

1. 1-2 years’ international trading experience in chemical and API industry and logistics field, import regulations and distribution.

2. Bachelor degree in international trading or English.

3. Ability to work in a flexible environment.
