职位描述
Job Responsibility:
-Ability to screening and interview applicants.
-Good relationships with all kinds of recruiting channels.
-Management Job Description and update related job information if there is any organizational change.
-Work closely with department head to identify recruiting needs.
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor degree at least, major in Human recourse or its equivalent.
-Minimum 3 years of increasingly responsible Human Resources or recruitment experience.
-Fluent English both written and oral with CET4 above level.
-Abilities: Initiative, communication, responsibility, problem solving.
