职位描述:
1.根据公司业务的发展需要,组织实施公司战略性采购和大宗商品采购。
2.负责公司采购流程的建设,指导并监督采购流程在下属子公司和事业部的执行。
3.负责定期组织对供应商的评估,定期更新供应商数据库,为各子公司和事业部提供准确及时的供应商信息。
4.指导部门员工按照各自的岗位要求正确、及时完成工作任务,培养人才梯队,提高岗位间的可替代性。
岗位要求:
1机械类,电气相关专业大专以上学历;
2.具有对采购部门三年内的发展进行规划的能力;
3.熟练操作Office/ERP系统,具备有关付款方式、税务等方面的财务知识;
4.对供应链整个环节的业务知识和岗位管理有非常清晰的认识,能描述、绘制采购及配套工作流程;
5.精通公司运作方式及项目管理流程,对所在行业的战略采购和相关经济背景、金融工具有初步的了解;
6.具备五年以上采购管理经验,两年以上5个人员以上部门管理经验,具有台湾、日资企业背景;
7.有较强的沟通能力和抗压能力。
资源开发经理主要工作
1, Bachelor education background, prefer major in electrical or mechanical.
教育:大学本科,机械或者电气优先。
2, Three years working experience in related industry.
工作经验:3年以上机电行业。
3, Procurement strategy execution, coach and manage team, team’s performance appraisal
执行采购战略,帮带团队,业绩考核。
4, Focus on new suppliers development and cost reduction as to find total competitive resource.
新资源的开发和综合成本降低。
5, Supplier qualification: include( but not limited) project management, technical documentation, production process, quality management tools(likeSPC, FMECA, TQM,5S etc), demand-supply analysis as to identify the supply capacity gap, RFQ analysis, benchmarking, negotiation.
新供应商导入:包含单不限于项目管理,技术文档,生产制程,品质管理工具(如SPC, FMECA, TQM, 5S等),供求分析,询价策略及分析,谈判技能等。
6, Business: fulfill production/customer demand, include( but not limited) NDA, purchasing agreement, lead-time, payment term, on time delivery, competitive raw material cost.
业务:满足生产/客户需求,包含但不限于NDA,采购框架协议,交货期,付款期,交货达成率等具有竞争性的综合采购成本。
KPI: NPI-new project introduction, CR, AVL, PS-problem solving etc
KPI:新项目,CR,AVL,PS等
7, Commercial: market survey, key commodity market price and trend analysis and proposal
商业:市场调研,关键大宗物料市场变化及相应的对策。
8, Technical: drawing, Technical Standard(like GB, ISO), key commodity specification and property
技术:技术图纸,主要物料技术标准及物性等。
9, Good team-work player, good negotiation, coordination and communication
团队合作精神,谈判技巧,协调和沟通技巧。
