Our Client:

LOCATION:

Hangzhou, China

Duties:

n Work with US executives and management team to establish departmental goals and strategy for business growth.

n Continue improve internal customer satisfaction, work and support internal customer to achieve their financial goals.

n Liaises with internal business users, overseeing the smooth-running of the whole merchandising process including product development, negotiation, communication and Global vendor evaluation

n Provide product information to guide Sourcing team to search suppliers for product of general supplies/stationery/paper according to company requirement.

n Measures and monitors supplier performance and capability, provide coaching to suppliers and reporting on metrics.

n Uses buy plans and product specifications to plan and coordinate product placement decisions by supplier and factory.

n Oversees and monitors development projects between internal business users and the merchandising team.

n Consolidates and communicates market intelligence and business opportunities to Sourcing and Product Development team in the retail markets.

n Provides leadership and coaching to their merchandising team to ensure delivery of annual sourcing budgets and business objectives.

n Lead a team to achieve department goal.

Qualification & Experience:

n Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Engineering

n Min. 10 years working experience in sourcing and product development of relevant products gained in MNC

n Relevant computer skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

n Strong Communication, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills

n Excellent command of English and Mandarin

n Customer oriented, Result-driven, Teamwork

n Good business acumen and people management
