- 协助主管对所辖销售团队进行日常管理，培训培养团队成员成长/达成销售目标
- 协同销售团队拜访重点客户，给予销售人员及时有效的指导和在岗培训
- 负责市场、竞争对手动态的收集反馈和应收款的管理
- 配合主管与其他部门协调，确保团队运作顺畅
- 协助主管根据当地市场情况制定并完善产品策略、销售策略
- 执行公司安排的其他工作

任职要求：
- 本科以上学历
- 3年以上项目型销售/直销经验，具备一定的销售管理能力
- 较好的沟通谈判能力和处理问题的能力。
